GARY F. SILC
Gary is a 1969 graduate of Marquette Law School and licensed in Michigan and
Wisconsin. His practice concentrates in the areas of personal injury, divorce
and family law. He is active in many outdoor sporting organizations.
Gary resides in Ironwood Township and has one daughter, Jennifer
Steigenga, a Periodontist practicing in Lansing, MI..

DAVID E. McDONALD, JR.
Dave (or "JR") is a 1979 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law and
licensed to practice in Michigan and Wisconsin. His practice concentrates in
the areas of business and corporate law, banking, real estate, probate, estate
planning and elder law. He has published articles regarding estate planning and
the effective use of paralegals.
He is very active in community affairs and belongs to number of civic
organizations, including member and past president of the Ironwood-Hurley
Rotary Club, member and current president of the Gogebic Community College
Foundation, past director and past president of the Ironwood Area Chamber of
Commerce, past director of the Marquette Diocese Board of Education, member and
scholarship chairman of Ironwood Elks Lodge No. 1278, past two term member of
the State Bar of Michigan, Upper Michigan Lawyers' Committee and present member
of the Quality of Professional Life Committee, and is a Fourth Degree member of
the Knights of Columbus.
Dave and his wife Georgia, reside in Ironwood and have two sons, Tripp and
Drew.

MARK E. McDONALD
Mark is a 1983 graduate of the Thomas M. Cooley Law School and licensed to
practice in Michigan and Wisconsin. His practice concentrates in the areas of
municipal law, real estate, probate, divorce and family law, criminal
defense, personal injury and general litigation.
He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, American Bar
Association and Michigan Trial Lawyers Association. He is a part time faculty
member at Gogebic Community College, teaching criminal law. He is on the
Board of Directors of the ogebic Conservation District, serving as
Secretary/Treasurer. Mark resides in Ironwood.

NICHOLAS J. JACOBS
Nick is a 1979 graduate of the Thomas M. Cooley Law School and is licensed to
practice in Michigan and Wisconsin. His practice concentrates in the areas of
personal injury and workers' compensation, criminal defense, and divorce and
family law. He formerly served as the Gogebic County Prosecutor for ten years
and has extensive trial experience.
He is also a member and past president of the Ironwood-Hurley Rotary Club and
past chairman of its Youth Exchange Program, and also served as secretary to
the Ironwood Area Chamber of Commerce.
Nick and his wife Joy reside in Ironwood Township and have two daughters,
Abigail and Sarah.
